Important dates

Submission: March 11, 2024

Authors are invited to submit an extended abstract of 4 to 6 pages on the Submission page of this website before this date. You must have created an account (see https://doc.sciencesconf.org/en/deposer.html); if you get the sentence "You must be authenticated to access this page", login in!
The privileged format is a pdf file produced with the standard LaTeX2e class article.cls.

Notification of Acceptance: April 15, 2024

Final Version Due: May 21, 2024 New date May 28, 2024

Final versions should be provided in accordance with the requirements of  EPTCS
(Electronic Proceedings in Theoretical Computer Science). Instructions for the preparation of the final version are sent to contributors by mail on May 23rd.

Conference: June 24-28, 2024

Registration

The early registration deadline is May 30, 2024 (Paris timezone).

Early registration fees are

Academic  300 €
Student      180 €

Late registration fees are

Academic  400 €
Student      280 €

The registration fees include:

Public transport (Transports Bordeaux Métropole (TBM)) card (it will be delivered on your arrival at LaBRI)
Coffee breaks (mornings and afternoons)
Lunches
Social events: « Cité du Vin » (Bordeaux Wine City) and « Le Café du Port » (restaurant)

For accompanying persons, fees for participation to the social events are 95 € or 150 € if late.

Use Azur-Colloque for online registration.
If you plan to pay the registration fees using a credit card, please prepare all needed elements in advance, because interrupting the registration process for CB payments requires a complicated manual intervention to reboot the registration process.

Remarks:
The Azur-Colloque website had some problems (leading to error 500) since February 9, and a solution has been in place since February 13. On February 14, a malfunction has been discovered and is resolved since February 15. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Their website was down again on May 26 and the morning of May 27. It's back in operation. We apologize.
